In this workshop, we will explore the concepts of the inner critic, shame, emotional triggers, and your nervous system from a scientific perspective. Be Your Own Valentine: a workshop for Healing and Self-love

The most important relationship that you will ever have in your life is the relationship with yourself.

Awaken the vibration of love within you.  In this workshop you will: 

1. Learn what it means to love yourself and how to practice it

2. Find self appreciation, self acceptance and increase your own self worth

3. Experience holistic wellness modalities that nurture YOU, mind, body and heart

On February 11th, we will explore the concept of self love through healing modalities and indulgences.  We begin our session with a somatic practice to open our hearts and nourish our physical bodies. Our session will combine the healing vibrations of a sound bath with acupuncture / acupressure and essential oils to care for our energy body through the heart chakra. We conclude our session with a healing herbal tea, chocolates and time for you to create a Valentine for yourself! A truly indulgent act of self-love awaits!

Your workshop is led by two energy healers, women who have journeyed on their own path to self love and acceptance and will support you on your own journey.  

Healing Modalities:

Sound Bath: A meditative experience where you are enveloped in sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and drums.  The term "bath" reflects the immersive nature of the experience, as the soothing sounds wash over your mind and body, creating a profound sense of relaxation and tranquility, where you can connect with your truest Self.

Acupuncture:  Activates the body's intrinsic healing abilities - clearing energetic blockages, calming the nervous system, and promoting dynamic balance of Qi- your life force energy.

Acupressure/Shiatsu: An East Asian form of bodywork that gently stimulates acupuncture channels, points & energy centers to encourage healing & harmony throughout the system. 

Somatic movement: A physical practice of movement, where we listen to our body's internal wisdom and move in ways that are supportive, nurturing and liberating.
