This 20-hour in-person training is a foundational journey into the art and science of sound healing. Whether you’re a wellness professional, yoga teacher, therapist or simply called to the healing power of sound, this immersion will give you the knowledge, tools, and hands-on experience to confidently begin working with crystal singing bowls.

In this immersive training, you will:

🔹 Learn the basics of how sound affects the body, brain, and energy system

🔹 Explore the science behind vibrational healing and nervous system regulation

🔹 Gain a beginner-friendly introduction to music theory to support your intuitive playing

🔹 Practice playing crystal singing bowls with intention, technique, and presence

🔹 Learn how to integrate sound healing into your existing healing work—whether you hold space through yoga, bodywork, energy work, or coaching

You’ll leave this training with a grounded understanding of how to use crystal singing bowls for your own healing and how to share them with others in a skillful, heart-centered way.
