Exhale the week and ease into stillness. The Friday Unwind is your invitation to gently land—body, mind, and spirit—through a soothing blend of slow-flow yoga, guided meditation, and a deeply restful sound bath.
We’ll begin with mindful movement to release tension and reconnect to breath, followed by seated or reclined meditation to calm the nervous system. The session closes with a nourishing sound bath designed to restore balance and invite deep relaxation.
This monthly ritual is the perfect transition from doing to being—an embodied pause to ground, reflect, and soften as you head into your weekend.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary—just come as you are.
