Imagine reframing this inner dialogue and waking up each morning feeling at peace with who you are…
Imagine having the tools to navigate challenging times in your life with more peace, ease and confidence…
Imagine creating boundaries to reclaim your time, allowing yourself to be free of the harsh inner critic, freeing yourself from the mental strain and endless “should dos”...
The good news is we can change these thought patterns!!!
Coming up on May 29th, a conversation about the inner critic and shame, our nervous system and why we speak to ourselves in the way we do.
We can begin to shift the way we talk to ourselves, and give ourselves the space for self love and acceptance. We can share our struggles in a community where we feel supported to heal and grow in love.
Self-love is setting boundaries and communicating clearly with others. It’s identifying why you are fearful of changing your job or breaking unhealthy relationships.
Self love is being honest with yourself about your needs. It’s about making time for rest, self care, travel or whatever brings you joy.
Self-love is doing the work of healing past and present traumas, changing your limiting beliefs and negative self talk.
Self-love is living in the truest alignment with your authentic self and bravely loving all of you, so that you can share love outwardly.
We don’t have to do this alone.
